Energy sector decisions are made with incomplete information. Critical data about power generation, grid performance, and market trends sits scattered across different agencies, often outdated or inaccessible to those who need it most. Policymakers and researchers work with fragmented information, and the public remains uninformed about the infrastructure their lives depend on. This data vacuum perpetuates poor decision-making and ensures the same mistakes keep happening.

Our Work:

The Data & Analytics Program transforms the energy sector from one that operates on assumptions to one driven by evidence. The program has compiled 20 years of previously fragmented energy data into accessible dashboards through Pakistan Energy and Climate Insights, giving stakeholders their first comprehensive view of how the system actually works. Through regular energy reviews and market analysis, the program tracks developments as they unfold and identifies emerging trends that would otherwise go unnoticed.

By making energy data transparent and actionable, this work ensures that the path toward clean energy is guided by facts rather than politics, fundamentally changing how energy decisions are made.
